You go to be kidding right. Why do you expect an apology from us when we didnt do anything wrong. We were told to cancel it just 5 mins b4 the actual hustings without even an explanation.

You guys have to remember something b4 pointing at us. You all are the members of the SA and we are the executives to represent you guys. If you are pointing at SA means, you are pointing at you as well. Likewise, if you are bitching abt SA means you are spitting on you guys, yourselves.

I cant explain further about this issue as am away from uni for almost 2 weeks for medication. Updates via mails z not enough to discuss further. You guys have to wait till the SA submit their report in mid June.

You guys have to wait till the management gives an explanation and SA DOES NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITIES. And, if you guys are desperate and brave enough, you can ask the management directly :-)

SA this year blows. Last year was the best. You know why?
President and VP were locals. They know us better and our way of life.
Probably in the future, the President and VP must consist of 1 local + 1 international or vice versa.

Last year sa admitted that they have not done anything after seeing this year sa's work. i never saw last year sa executives (locals) took bus and how on the earth they would have knew about the bus service. they didnt stay on campus during weekends. they didnt have any problems and they didnt bother about many issues. most executives are international students this year. only one local executive has car among 3 locals. so they use bus and they stay on campus. it made a difference to the student body as they are available all the time.

It is an international university. you better go to local university if you want a local to be a president. It is gonna hard for a local to be a president; because, international students are planning well to be the sa presidents in future. poor you.

i'm a friggin local, and i can tell you last yrs execs were bullshit, maybe this year, they weren't the best, but hey nobody's perfect right, but this yr, they've done a waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better job than last yr,s figurines, who were there just for namesake...

LOL! i can't believe you guys are arguing local or international. All i know is, Nottingham Students are cowards! they talk among themselves how shitty SA is. The problem is, you made them shitty.. you never sound your opinions and problems.. and when they make a mistake.. you attack them when they are weak! i am sick of Nottingham students!

Whether its local or international... a good president will restructure how the SA works, as it has proven itself a failure due to lack of man power, part-time executives were overworked and went under a lot of pressure.

Its not about ethnicity, its not about popularity, its not about voting your friends. its about choosing a leader, that can elevate the quality of your university life. You guys can stop being a 5 year old stuck in an adult body.

grow up man! no one has access to ur owa inbox except u! they are just fellow students who volunteered for us....they don't have any sort of 'powers' cos they r in!
but they probably do get some stuff that we are not aware of ;)

guys seriously, if you think you can do a better job, then run for the posts, they are coming up in Oct. please run and do something about it..if not hush up, stop complaining, these people are students like all of us, they just took the time to work for us and we are just being ungrateful. but i will however, complain about the way manoo speaks 2 us. it is disrespectful and we expect better from an SA exec. we understand your frustration but you sending mail 2 everyone expressing your anger in such an unprofessional manner is uncalled for, and unfair to the rest of the student body, those who arent attacking you personally or the SA execs.

I am a mobility student to the UK campus. After coming here, what i can say about the Malaysian Campus is that, "most" not all, students have a 3rd class mentality with 1st class infrastructure.

Stop pointing fingers! Be the change that you want to see. Sooner or later it will become a culture that everyone will follow. ;)

Well said, that is the only thing holding us back, they say that you should adapt to the surrounding of the country you are in, but in this case, we should make our university an exception.

We are truly blessed to be provided with such a fassility that allows us to grow in terms of mindset but why to we still stick to a 3rd class mindset. This was also said by one of malaysia's own politician.

We refuse to let people think that our mentality is 3rd class mentatly but we ourselves pride being 3rd class without even realising it.
